McCLIM changes: command keystrokes, output records |

Andy Hefner and Tim Moore have committed several changes to McCLIM's CVS repository. These internal changes mostly relate to improved support for command keystrokes, and output recording. Among other things, from the commit logs I seem to understand that mouse wheel events are now handled in more input situations.
