Docstrings in LISA rules |
|
The LISA documentation doesn't mention the possibility of adding docstrings to rules. Since it's a useful feature, I thouth it may be a good idea to add it. But when I checked the code, I found that this functionality is already available.
More precisely, as I explained in a message posted to the LISA mailing list, rules do accept a docstring, but the function for accessing it is not exported. David Young, the author of LISA, said that this is an oversight. The appropriate slot reader will be exported in a future version.
