McCLIM moved to Common-Lisp.net

Brian Mastenbrook and Dan Barlow have completed the move of McCLIM to Common-Lisp.net. There are new, archived mailing lists and anonymous CVS access is up and running. Something that may not be obvious is that the CVS module is now called mcclim, not McCLIM.
