McCLIM changes: Listener, gadgets

Andy Hefner has committed a new batch of changes to McCLIM's source tree:

• new CLIM Listener presentation translators that provide more options for passing class arguments to class commands
• alphabetical sorting of entries in the Show Command Table CLIM Listener command
• cleanup and addition of a 3D border to the CLIM Listener wholine-pane (i.e. the one with information on current package, memory usage, current directory, etc.)
• migration of the CLIM Listener definition from Apps/Listener/clim-listener.asd to system.lisp
• addition of tactile feedback to list panes (I don't completely understand this change)
• different border shape for text fields in accepting-values dialogs
• cleanups to Examples/gadget-test.lisp
• bug fixes
