McCLIM changes: new documentation and frame functions |

Committs to McCLIM's CVS repository continue with the addition by
Clemens Fruhwirth of new documentation in directory docs
of the source tree: a revised version of the old introductory paper A Guided Tour of
the Common Lisp Interface Manager, with sample code updated
for CLIM 2.
Tim Moore implemented destroy-frame,
map-over-frames
and find-application-frame.
find-application-frame is an extension of the Franz
implementation of CLIM, and does what its name suggests.
There were also minor fixes and cleanups by Andreas Fuchs and Tim Moore.
