First CL Gardeners project: Package and Resource Directory

The CL Gardeners have approved their first official project: the Package and Resource Directory project. Its goal is to help add and maintain entries for The Common Lisp Directory site, which might become a CPAN for Lisp. Note the cool domain name, cl-user.net.

I am proud of being the project champion, and wish to thank Marc Battyani and the directory administrators, the CL Gardeners Green Thumbs, current and future volunteers, and all those who helped me or expressed interest. I was a bit perplexed about how it started, but less than a week later things seem to be improving quickly. As of this writing the directory includes 206 entries, and more are coming--with your help.
