Back online - LISA 2.1 Beta with certainty factors

I have been without Internet access since last September 19 due to phone line problems. Over a week and half a dozen support calls later, I'm -- hopefully -- back online.

Meanwhile, David Young released version 2.1 Beta of the LISA production-rule system, with initial support for uncertain reasoning via certainty factors (see the context for the addition of this feature). Not surprisingly, I haven't had a chance to play with the new version yet.
