Upcoming LISA support for certainty factors

A couple of weeks ago I told about my interest in expert systems, LISA, and the willingness of its author, David Young, to support uncertain reasoning via certainty factors. In a message posted yesterday to the LISA mailing list, David says that he is about to start working on this, and solicits feedback on the programming interface.
