Building and running Clim-Desktop with CMUCL under Linux

Clim-Desktop is a project recently started by Dwight Holman. It is an integrated Common Lisp development environment based on a number of existing McCLIM applications, and some new ones specifically written for it:

More tools are planned. Although still in an early stage of development, Clim-Desktop is showing the power of an integrated environment based on CLIM.

SBCL under Linux is the primary development platform of Clim-Desktop, but it is also possible to build and run it with CMUCL.
