McCLIM changes: frame stacking order, redisplay, documentation

Within the past week or so, there have been more commits to McCLIM's CVS repository. Tim Moore implemented functions for changing the stacking order of frames, sheets and mirrors. Christophe Rhodes worked on incremental redisplay. Clemens Fruhwirth incorporated some suggestions about the CLIM guided tour.
