McCLIM changes: widgets, keystrokes, sheet repaint

Andy Hefner has been working on McCLIM CVS for the past few days. He has:

• implemented the option widget
• improved gadget highlighting
• added infrastructure for detecting double clicks in panes
• made keystroke accelerators work in the CLIM Listener
• improved repaint performance for large sheets embedded in a scroller pane
