McCLIM changes: text cursor drawing, building, documentation

Here are the changes committed to McCLIM's CVS repository within the past few weeks:

• David Lichteblau optimized cursor drawing in the Goatee text editing pane
• Andy Hefner added an entry for building the Clouseau inspector via McCLIM's main .asd file
• Rudi Schlatte modified the build procedure of the CLIM guided tour document.
