McCLIM changes: GTK+/cairo backend, new demo, new Freetype bindings

Here are the latest McCLIM CVS commits before the upcoming 0.9.3 "Trinity Sunday" release:

• David Lichteblau continued work on the GTK+/cairo backend, added a new demo (a drawing benckmark in Examples/drawing-benchmark.lisp), and improved the visualization of menus.
• Christophe Rhodes fixed a text drawing issue, made command shadowing more intuitive when accepting command names, and reworked display output records.
• Robert Golgman committed an initial implementation of CFFI-based Freetype bindings for replacing the previous SBCL/CMUCL-specific code.
