McCLIM learning resources, tools, and CVS changes

Friday, April 29, 2005

A query on presentation highlighting posted by Robert Goldman to the mcclim-devel mailing list has generated some interesting threads. See also this on CLIM learning resources, on selection mechanisms, and on providing a CLIM user interface for the Axiom computer algebra system. Some highlights from these threads:

Concerning the latest McCLIM CVS changes, there are a few additions: Peter Mechlenborg's CLIM-based debugger, ASDF support for Allegro CL, and support for vertical orientation to the CLIM Listener graphing commands. On the bug front, one causing misalignment of graph nodes and edges when using a non-identity medium transformation was fixed. There are also a few more fixes and changes.
