Upcoming McCLIM release, modified installation and bug fixes

Sunday, February 20, 2005

There are good news from the McCLIM developers. Andreas Fuchs has posted a statement of intent to issue a new McCLIM release on March 6, 2005 (Mothering Sunday). This is probably not such a big deal for those brave enough to keep up to date with the CVS tree, but it may help those who are not and prefer stable releases.

Speaking of the CVS tree, there were a number of recent commits. Andreas Fuchs changed the build procedure so that McCLIM is now ASDF-installable (see the new installation instructions).

Peter Scott made the Clouseau Lisp inspector look nicer. Tim Moore and Christophe Rhodes fixed a few bugs.
