Upcoming McCLIM 0.9.3 "All Souls' Day" release

Andreas Fuchs is leading a code freezing and testing effort for the upcoming McCLIM 0.9.3 "All Soul's Day" release.

There have been many CVS commits within the past few days (October and November commits). Among the user-visible ones is a new demo on views in Examples/views.lisp, and improvements to the user manual, both by Robert Strandh.
