McCLIM changes: CVS commit cornucopia

Within the past week, Gilbert Baumann has committed several changes to McCLIM's CVS repository. He has:

• improved the accuracy of area copying with CLX mediums
• made selection event logging more informative
• added handling of more exposure events
• improved the legibility of text selected from tables and similar layouts
• added support for the x-spacing and y-spacing arguments of table-pane
• made command execution synchronized with the command loop
• made the border of label-pane prettier
• made table-pane also process alignment options
• improved the layout management of hbox-pane, vbox-pane, hrack-pane and vrack-pane
• done a complete overhaul of scroll-bar-pane that improves the appearence and performance of scroll bars
• improved the look of push-button-pane, toggle-button-pane and generic-option-pane
• done code cleanups and a few minor changes
• fixed a number of bugs
