The first two links have been posted by the same user. For reference, the link with the highest rank currently in the same section has 262 points, and is Paul Graham's essay The Truth About Web 2.0.

Reddit is one of the startups funded by Paul Graham's Y Combinator. The site is itself written in Lisp.
