McCLIM changes: stream pane double buffering |

Robert Strandh has implemented double buffering for CLIM
stream panes in the CLX backend. This McCLIM
extension, which is available in the latest CVS sources, can
be used by providing the :double-buffering t initarg at
pane creation.
