Annotatable CLIM Specification: editable again

Editing the Annotatable CLIM Specification, converted by Gilbert Baumann, has been broken for a long time. I knew that Gilbert planned to move it to a new site and fix the editing problem.

A comment by Robert Strandh in mcclim-devel shows that the Annotatable CLIM Specification is back online, and editing works again. I was not aware that Gilbert had already moved and fixed this useful resource.
