Upcoming and future Lisp books |
|
The excitement for the upcoming publication by Apress of Peter Seibel's book Practical Common Lisp has not made me forget about another Lisp book from the same publisher, The ANSI Common Lisp Reference Book by David Margolies (I preordered both).
The latter looks like a useful reference resource. I recently asked Apress about its expected publication date, and they replied that the book by Margolies is currently scheduled for July 2005.
There are more good news about Lisp books. Marcus fix plans to republish some Lisp classics, including Object-Oriented Programming: the CLOS Perspective by Andreas Paepcke and Anatomy of LISP by John Allen. I really look forward to reading them.
