McCLIM changes: new accept method, fixes |

The latest McCLIM CVS commits concern a more user-friendly
accept presentation method for Lisp expressions on
interactive streams (Troels Henriksen), SBCL fixes (also by Troels),
and a bug fix by Andreas Fuchs.
